Manager, Luxury Licensing Strategy and Operations, TOM FORD & BALMAIN BEAUTY
**Description** The Manager will support current portfolio of Licenses and potential future license business | Provide financial oversight ensuring compliance of both ELC and Licensee organizations to License Agreements; manage development of quarterly financial reports | Oversee OneSource Finance Manager (50% FTE) in compilation of royalty reports, financial reports, fashion show reconciliations, T&E, and outgoing and incoming payments | Track Licensee requests (e.g. new distributors, trademarks, new market opening, etc.) to ensure responses provided without delay | Support compliance to all contractual obligations; manage calendar of submissions for timeliness (e.g. Fashion show plans, marketing plans, etc.); track adherence to rules of engagement | Support development of various agreements to supplement License Agreement in collaboration with Legal team (e.g. Retail Agreements, data sharing, etc.) | Partner with Retail Management team to oversee enablement of systems to sell non-Beauty, License partner goods; collaborate to ensure Licensee/Licensor items can be sold in owned Boutiques | Manage weekly highlights for distribution to senior management | Maintain tracker to facilitate the management of the Licensees/Licensor and progress towards goals set forth in license relationship | Manage governance structure with day-to-day Licensee leads; maintain agenda for bi-weekly updates, track deliverables and follow-ups | Manage day-to-day relationship and operations for TOM FORD fashion archive; oversee budget, track inventory locations, manage communications with archive partner **Qualifications** 5+ years of related experience in a similar role | Bachelor's Degree or equivalent | Strong project management, organization, and planning | Attention to detail | Financial acumen and strong analytical capabilities | Understanding of Licensee relationships | Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $139,600. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
