About the Role
Coordinate delivery of timely and accurate management reporting, and provide insightful analysis on business performanceCoordinate Group strategic planning process and perform analysis on key indexes
Be the champion to improve finance management information system across AIA group

Roles and Responsibilities
Support the team to deliver timely, accurate and excellent management reports for senior management
Analyse business performance, forecasts and key business drivers
Work closely with other Group functions and Business Units to develop instructions, templates and set up relevant logistics
Assist in the preparation and consolidation of strategic plan and key indexes
Be the key contact for selected local business units and provide clarification on Group reporting requirements
Lead improvement and enhancement of systems. Perform UAT and support change process.
Support other tasks within the management reporting & planning team
Minimum Job Requirements
University graduate or equivalent experience
Minimum 5-8 years of work experience in accounting or management reporting in insurance industry
CPA qualification or equivalent is highly preferred
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience and/or certification in SQL or PowerBI a plus
High initiative excellent teammate with a proactive approach to work. Proficient English language skill would be an excellent benefit
Candidate with more senior experience and/or strong background may be considered for Manager position!
