広島工場 DRYエリアの自エリアのSafety、生産装置の維持管理、Output最大化、製品の品質、Cost削減に対してResponsibility, Accountability を持ち配下のチームを指揮する。

ME部門のGoal、Fab Goalの達成に向け、Area内での改善活動を主導する。

パフォーマンスマネージメントの文化をドライブしチームメンバーのキャリアアップや将来のリーダーを育てる。

業務詳細

Manufacturing Engineering DRY Equipment TeamのManagement を主体として下記のような業務を行う。

・Manufacturing Engineering Equipment Teamの統括及び関係エリア、部門との協働など実務調整及び改善業務の推進。

・Manufacturing Engineering Equipment Teamが必要とする仕組みやルールの提案と構築。

・Manufacturing Engineering Equipment 業務に関連する目標の構築と活動のトラッキング、レポートの作成。

・Manufacturing EngineeringEquipment に関わる教育案件の管理及び最適化。

・Manufacturing Engineering Equipment Team内のアサインやプロモーション等Staffing に関する業務。

・学士号あるいは実務経験

・ DRYエリア経験
