広島工場DRYエリアの自エリアのSafety、生産装置の維持管理、Output最大化、製品の品質、Cost削減に対してResponsibility, Accountability を持ち配下のチームを指揮する。

ME部門のGoal、Fab Goalの達成に向け、Area内での改善活動を主導する。

パフォーマンスマネージメントの文化をドライブしチームメンバーのキャリアアップや将来のリーダーを育てる。

業務詳細

Manufacturing Engineering DRY Equipment Sustaining TeamのManagement を主体として下記のような業務を行う。

・Manufacturing Engineering Equipment Sustaining Teamの統括及び関係エリア、部門との協働など実務調整及び改善業務の推進。

・Manufacturing Engineering Equipment Sustaining Teamが必要とする仕組みやルールの提案と構築。

・Manufacturing Engineering Equipment Sustaining業務に関連する目標の構築と活動のトラッキング、レポートの作成。

・Manufacturing Engineering Equipment Sustainingに関わる教育案件の管理及び最適化。

・Manufacturing Engineering Equipment Sustaining Team内のアサインやプロモーション等Staffing に関する業務。

条件

・学士号以上あるいは実務経験

・DRYエリア経験
