Discover more about us at www.amerihealthcaritas.com **Summary:;** Reporting to the Director of Plan Operations and Administration, the Market Executive Projects Manager will identify, plan, develop, and execute strategic initiatives and coordinate transportation for our Ohio members. ;The Market Executive Projects Manager recommends process and cost-efficiency solutions and collaborates with appropriate staff. This position plays a key role in various projects by performing operational assessments and analyses, researching and identifying best practices, facilitating groups and teams, managing projects, presenting results and recommendations, and developing measurement tools to improve operating processes toward greater efficiency and effectiveness.; **Responsibilities:** + Work collaboratively with the executive leadership team and health plan management to manage the flow of information and articulate the organization's goals.;Gathering from functional areas to document how we are working towards these goals and develop presentations to explain progress towards these goals; + Provide detailed and summary-level data presentations, including written interpretation of analytic results.; + Prepare PowerPoint documents for both internal and external presentations.;; + Lead special projects at the direction of the Director of Plan Administration.;; + Develop trended reports for ongoing business and growth purposes **Experience/Education** + Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is **required.** + Master's degree is preferred + **Requires:** + Minimum **two (2) years** of current/recent experience in **project management** ; + Firm understanding of quality improvement principles and willingness to learn IHI model + Current/recent experience in performance/process improvement + Experience in IHI model a plus + Experience within healthcare operations and project management preferred **Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion** At AmeriHealth Caritas, everyone can feel valued, supported, and comfortable to be themselves.
