It also includes managing and communicating marketing programs and updates, leading a high-performance marketing team, and executing omni-channel 360 marketing plans focused on customer acquisition. ACCOUNTABILITIES: LEADERSHIP + Lead, manage, and inspire the Marketing Team, coaching individuals for maximum potential. + Drive process evolution, creating clarity of ownership and efficient collaborative planning. + Lead weekly marketing status meetings to align cross-functionally on priorities. STRATEGY + Partner with the Executive Director for strategic marketing planning. + Develop strategies and events to drive consumer excitement and retail traffic. + Use data to identify strategic opportunities. + Implement CRM and loyalty strategies for all retail channels. + Create digital marketing strategies for social media to reach new customers. + Lead consumer engagement and digital advertising to boost brand presence. + Ensure brand DNA is reflected in all consumer messaging and assets. PLANNING / PROJECT MANAGEMENT + Effectively manage and motivate the marketing team to set project priorities, balance workload, and meet deadlines. + Function as Marketing Lead in collaborations with cross-functional leaders to deliver the total brand experience. + Research outlet shopper demographics to capture attention and drive conversion. + Partner with Mall Marketing Management for insights and develop strategic segments to drive loyalty. + Own 360 planning, execution, and communication for regionally relevant activations. + Conceptualize and execute marketing programs to develop campaigns, promotions, and events. + Manage visual merchandising element development for FSS and Warehouse Channel. + Lead marketing support for alternate channels, including ECOM, Text & Benefits, Corporate Gifting, Warehouse Sale, and Vendor Insider Program. + Project manage all Corporate Sales marketing elements, including collateral, visual merchandising, digital advertising, email, and printed material. + Responsible for the development of saleable beautihaul bags, including design and production management. + Manage relationships with agencies and vendors supporting Corporate Sales Marketing. + Negotiate contracts to improve cost and deliverables. + Assess, plan, and communicate inventory requirements for promotions. + Track and analyze event results and share key marketing insights. + Create all Marketing presentations for brand conferences and senior management. DIGITAL ADVERTISING & COMMUNICATION + Develop a digital advertising plan to drive traffic and conversion within budget. + Create a daily email schedule based on promotional calendar and ensure accuracy. + Monitor the integrity of the email database and address issues promptly. + Lead CRM/CDP projects to optimize email and SMS communication. + Develop strategic programs to utilize SMS for traffic driving. + Conceptualize and execute national event calendars focused on key shopping moments. SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT + Run social media platforms for Corporate Sales and optimize SEO. + Assess social media engagement levels and evaluate growth opportunities. + Manage Google social posts and share monthly customer review reports. + Schedule influencer and Corporate Sales content to communicate effectively with key segments. **Qualifications** Qualifications: 5+ years of experience, entrepreneurial, flexible, and well-organized. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Experience with 360 marketing, consumer insights, and events. Knowledge of market trends. Proficient in social media, email, digital advertising, and SMS. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Team management experience. Detail-oriented self-starter. Strong skills in Excel & PowerPoint. Effective budget management. **Pay Range:** The anticipated base salary range for this position is **$85,000.00** **to** **$139,600.00** **.** Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
