General Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced product training lead to manage and inspire our Master Trainer team in-region and deliver high-impact training across commercial, consumer, and enterprise channels. This role will involve overseeing the activities of third-party labor trainers in the EMEA region and providing ongoing support to ensure high-quality training delivery. All aligning to the direction from HQ teams.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering training sessions that not only inform but also inspire sales teams to achieve their best. You will work closely with in-region sales, product teams, and HQ training management teams to align training content with business objectives and ensure that training delivery materials are up-to-date and reflect the latest product features and in-region market trends. This role is crucial in driving sales and customer satisfaction by ensuring our teams are well-trained and knowledgeable.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate the activities of third-party labor trainers in the European region (Western Europe).Collaborate with regional teams to align training activities with business priorities.Deliver inspiring trainings to partners across consumer, commercial and enterprise channels.Travel within region (≥50%).Minimum qualifications:
8+ years in the following areas required.Proven track record of managing and motivating a team of trainersTraining and communications or related specialism Proven track record of managing and motivating a team of trainersOpen and motivated to work in a new and evolving practice, taking ownership of key initiativesPreferred qualifications:
Degree in marketing or businessOR
Professional qualifications in marketing or business that can be considered equivalentExperience of the PC industrySpecific experience with training delivery and content creationExperience at a semiconductor company or embedded device manufacturersWhat's on Offer:

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.OR
Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

High school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
