Position Summary: We are seeking a Manager, Marketing Operations to lead and evolve our marketing operations strategy. This role is player/coach and will own the marketing technology stack, data architecture, and performance measurement, while partnering closely with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to drive alignment, efficiency, and measurable business impact. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: + Lead strategy and governance of the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, LeanData), ensuring robust integrations, data integrity, and scalability across platforms. + Own marketing performance measurement: define KPIs, develop executive dashboards, and deliver insights that inform campaign strategy and budget allocation. + Architect and manage end-to-end lead lifecycle operations, including lead scoring, routing, attribution modeling, and campaign execution workflows. + Serve as a key liaison between marketing, sales, and RevOps to ensure accurate pipeline reporting, forecast alignment, and data consistency across systems. + Identify and drive cross-functional process improvements, implementing best practices in marketing automation, CRM hygiene, and lifecycle management. + Develop and document scalable processes, workflows, and playbooks to support team growth and operational excellence. + Manage and coach direct reports and serve as a resource for technical troubleshooting and tool enablement. + Evaluate and recommend new technologies or enhancements to optimize campaign effectiveness and data visibility. + Present strategic insights and recommendations to marketing and executive leadership using data storytelling and compelling visualizations (Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools). + Design, implement, and iterate on lifecycle stages and funnel definitions across inbound and outbound sources. Qualifications and Skills: + 7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations, with increasing levels of responsibility. + Proven leadership in owning and scaling a marketing tech stack including HubSpot, Salesforce, and LeanData. + HubSpot certification required; Salesforce admin or similar certification preferred. + Strong analytical acumen, with experience in marketing analytics, revenue attribution, and ROI modeling. + High proficiency in Excel, with working knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau or Looker a plus. + Experience in team leadership or management + Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence at the leadership level. + Detail-oriented, organized, and highly collaborative with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
