OverviewSummary
The Manager, Marketing Operations, streamlines C1’s marketing processes and drives efficiencies within the team while executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and pipeline creation. This role focuses on campaign operations, marketing technology, data analysis, and project management. The position also optimizes marketing automation platforms, manages data integrity, and ensures seamless execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role builds strong relationships and works closely with senior leaders, and evaluates and report on the impact of marketing activity.
ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions
Campaign Management:
Manages campaign requests, process optimization, and cross-functional communicationCollaborate with the integrated marketing team to design and implement multi-channel marketing campaignsCreates and manages thought leadership and lead gen assets (i.e., emails, sequences, landing pages, forms)Develop workflows and processes for marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate executionConducts quality assurance checks to ensure the campaign is error-free and standards are met prior to launchConducts A/B testing across all channels, monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future campaign improvementApplies a data-driven mindset to marketing campaigns to test, learn, and optimizeManages lead management processTroubleshoots and resolves issues related to campaign execution.Data Management and Analysis:
Manages and maintains campaign data, including audience segmentation and targeting, to enhance campaign relevance by ensuring ICP and personas are captured within segmentation processDevelops and implements reporting strategy based on goals and initiatives (G&I) to analyze campaign successEnhances and maintains marketing dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics and ROIEvaluates data, trends and key customer behavior across all digital channels to provide clear insight and recommendations to improve future lead generation and pipeline creation opportunities and inform future marketing strategiesPrepare regular reports on performance to inform stakeholders, including QBRs, ELT and Board MeetingsProcess Improvement:
Identifies opportunities to streamline and optimize marketing processesDevelops and documents standard operating procedures for marketing operationsTrains marketing team members to implement best practices and new processesProject Management:
Leads cross-functional projects to improve marketing operations and achieve business goalsManages timelines, resources, and budgets for marketing operations initiatives QualificationsRequired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field7+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management or a related role, including supervisory responsibilitiesExperience working with multiple GTM systems including marketing automation platforms, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases and Content Management Systems (CMS)Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel)Excellent project management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong understanding of marketing processes and best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay Range
$85,000 - $125,000
Base pay ranges are estimated. Actual base pay will be based on education, experience, location, certifications, skill set, and any other relevant factors. Incentive/variable pay opportunities are in addition to base pay.
