Manager, Marketing Operations - Ways of Working & Team Ops - Walmart Connect

As the Marketing Operations Manager, Ways of Working, you will be critical to supporting the Marketing Operations Sr. Manager to ensure team operations, calendaring, and general support are provided across Client Solutions, Brand, and Growth Marketing teams. You will help with developing and mapping clear ways of working with our cross functional teams spanning across Walmart Marketing, Site, Account Planning & Sales. You will provide direct support in the administration, team operations, project management, meeting planning, etc. and become an integral partner to ensure processes are established and followed through on.

Marketing Operations are the owners of Marketing Program and Project Management, Ways of Working, Process Mapping, Tools, Budget, and Headcount. We are a team comprised of project managers, program managers, business operations and way of working experts.

What you'll do:

Support in project management across Ways of Working workstreams

Support the Sr. Manager in team functionality streamlining

Support in team calendar management, including the yearly planning calendar and quarterly reoccurring meetings across Brand, Growth, and Client Solutions teams

Own and drive monthly team meeting cadence and support as needed for deck building and agenda gathering across Brand, Growth, and Client Solutions

Own note taking and action planning feedback

Develop and communicate solutions to improve efficiencies in team operations

Gather learnings from pilots and then iterate on process, using an agile model

Partner closely and develop working relationships with stakeholders in client solution, growth, and brand marketing to streamline ways of working

Ensure teams are using Workfront to its potential

What you'll bring:

3+ years experience in project management, team operations and process mapping within a marketing organization

Experience in change management

Proficient in PowerPoint and MS Office Suite

Extremely detail oriented and organized in thought and execution

Ability to set and communicate clear expectations

Ability to understand and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work effectively and achieve results in ambiguous situations

The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field and 1 years’ experience in marketing operations, business management, or related field OR 3 years' experience in marketing operations, business management, or related field.
2 years' experience using Microsoft Office tools (for example, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
