The Manager, Marketing (re)Launch serves as a marketing professional within Asurion’s Client Services and Marketing organization. As part of Marketing Operations team, the position partners closely with Partner Marketing, Legal and Creative Services to facilitate the go-to-market plans and implement marketing tactics critical to the launch and relaunch of Asurion’s largest programs. These complex initiatives contribute considerable growth and profitability to Asurion and our partners.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with Partner Marketing, Creative, Legal and other marketing teams to ensure tactics supporting program launches and redesigns are completed
Coordinate with teams to define program and feature details – lock down detailed requirements
Develop go-to-market plan including schedule coordinating with all project stakeholders and project management
Route tactics for proofreading or translation
Coordinate project files ensuring correct documents are shared with external partners
Work with digital marketing team to ensure program links are developed and test to ensure working prior to launch
Document project outcomes and lessons learned in order to improve go-to-market playbooks and processes
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Design, Business or Communications preferred
Experience developing or managing marketing campaigns and materials [brochures, flyers, posters, direct mail, email, digital media, etc.]
Excellent facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively across a highly matrixed organization
Demonstrated ability to independently solve problems and address implementation obstacles
Ability to manage multiple projects and tactics within a tight project schedule and with high degree of accuracy
Location
Role is based in Nashville, Tennessee.
5-10% annual travel as needed to support clients.
