Manager, Marketing Solutions Strategy & Operations-Singapore
Lazada Marketing Solutions is a strategic function that spearheads the awareness, adoption, optimization, and growth of the Lazada Sponsored Solution suite, an AI-powered set of marketing tools that help our brands and sellers grow their business. Our mission is to grow traffic and investment of Lazada partners with our advertising solutions. You will cover a broad scope, ranging from product go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, advertising operations management, process optimization, and data analysis to identify opportunities for scaling the business. Responsibilities:
- Participate in the Marketing Solutions team’s efforts to drive media investment of our brands and sellers.
- In collaboration with data and product owners, develop go-to-market strategy of Lazada Sponsored Solutions. In partnership with internal teams, identify key data and develop compelling product narratives and success stories.
- Initiate, own, and manage projects across various workstreams such as Top Account initiatives, incentive design, training for commercial Key Account Managers (Internal) and other mechanisms to maximize media adoption and revenue.
- Conduct data analysis and report on a regular basis to provide recommendations for relevant stakeholders.
- Manage a team of agents to execute day-to-day MS advertising operations and implement process improvements within the team.
- Serve as a PIC of Marketing Solutions Singapore team to collaborate with regional and local cross functional teams on projects, sales enablement, and resource allocation. Lead the team to resolve local brands’ and sellers’ technical issues with product team.
- Create and maintain sales operational excellence, procedures, training manuals, and related resource materials.
