MANAGER, MATERIALS MANAGEMENT

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the day-to-day activities of the Materials Management (MM) group. Conduct material ordering and procurement and provide hands-on assistance in various material-related activities. In conjunction with our Quality Assurance department, take action to ensure that all inventory management operations and procedures follow the cGMP and company SOPs. Conduct and oversee the inventory control of raw materials, starting materials, drug substances, and finished drug products, ensuring uninterrupted supplies to support clinical trials and commercial production. Hands-on participation with all relevant departments is required.

REQUIREMENTS:

A least 3 years of experience supervising a Materials Management group A college degree: STEM preferred Experience working with financial and inventory software (ERP or MRP), preferred Experience with DOT requirements in the storage and shipping of chemicals, preferred Experience with participating in regulatory inspections or audits representing the Material Management Group, preferred Experience with international trade and customs experience, preferred Experience with cGMP requirements and ICH guidelines Experience operating forklifts, lift trucks and pallet jacks Enjoy working in a project management matrix Possess good written and verbal communication skills Demonstrate an ability to work as part of team and possess an excellent work ethic
