Collins Aerospace is looking for a Manager, Materials Planning & SIOP to support our Hampton, NH,  Durham, NH,  and Gloucester, MA sites within Mission Systems business unit. The selected candidate will support the Thermal and Electronic Defense Solutions (TEDS) team within Mission Systems and the individual will play a key role in the organization as they prepare for a facility relocation.

This is an onsite role, located in Hampton, NH but will be moving to Durham, NH in 2025.

What You Will Do:

This role has shared responsibility in production scheduling, material releases, purchasing and OV vendor managementInforms Plant Operations Leader and General Manager of changes to internal and external customer demand, supply capabilities and detailed production plansWork closely with human resources to lead a team with integrity to establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive and productive environmentOwns the developing strategies for materials planning and SIOPDrive the development of standardized processes within materials planning and SIOP in order to optimize the utilization of businesses resources and meet customer expectations for deliverySupports the development of indicators that enable visibility to short and long-term market trends and demandIdentifies appropriate demand streams and supports in establishing data relationship linkagesWorks with product development leaders and sales and marketing teams to develop demand forecastsSupports in planning capacity and fulfillment demand with plant manufacturing operationsPartner with manufacturing team and participates in the development of monthly production volume planning using the business forecast, inventory position, actual customer orders, and the defined capacity parametersParticipates in identifying and developing new technologies to improve materials planning and SIOP capability, sustainability, and reliabilitySupports in the development of processes and plans to improve supply capabilitiesDevelops and integrates clear and robust metrics to measure progress through process improvements for SIOP

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
