Manager, Medical Affairs (肿瘤) 

 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Be the medical expert of certain product/ therapeutic area, provide medical input to develop medical brand strategy and medical brand plan Execute medical plan, including managing studies, publications, advisory board meetings, medical educations, etc, ensure the activities are with high quanlity and on time. Proactively involved in the brand/medical plan development and proactively providing strategic inputs, making feasible proposals and developingaction plans Closely working with brand team and other functions to support business, e.g. provide medical input for brand promotional activities, marketing access activities, etc. Work with training department to provide appropriate medical training to sales, marketing colleagues and colleagues from other function if necessary Review communication / promotion materials, and get involved in brand related activities to ensure medical governance

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

Master Degree or higher in clinical medicine or pharmacology or science Fluent English in literature reading, medical writing and oral communication Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill Business insights • Project management Capability of using professional office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Medical expertise in related area Experience: Experience: A minimum of 3 years clinical experiences, Or  A minimum of 1 year multinational pharmaceutical industry experience in medical affairs
