Position Summary: Planning and coordinating the daily activities of the front office and clinic staff ensuring proper coverage at all times.Ensure compliance with HIPAA/OSHA standards, Joint Commission and any other governing bodies identified. Identifyproblems and make recommendations for resolutions. Plans, organizes and directs all aspects of the office workflowincluding the development/administration of office policies, accounting, internal controls, budget, audits, payroll, chargecapture, human resources, IS, medical information (records), and research. Insures that appropriate financial controls arein place. Participates in and advises about business plan and new business development. Exhibit values of integrity andcompassion. May perform other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications [Required] Bachelor's Degree or a minimum five (5) years of experience overseeing a Medical Oncology practice. Knowledge of governmental and healthcare fiscal regulations and reporting requirements including but not limited to HIPAA/OSHA; knowledge of the principles of financial management sufficient to direct professional staff and coordinate all aspects involved with fiscal requirements of the practice. Previous experience in establishing and maintaining effective working requirements of the practice. Previous experience in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patient, medical staff and the public; previous experience in evaluating organizational operations as they relate to policies, goals and objectives, costs and rate levels. Ability to create a positive atmosphere which encourages motivation, innovation and high performance; ability to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment,discretion, and decision making to achieve organizational objectives; ability to communicate clearly; ability to identify andresolve problems.
