The Manager, Member & Provider Communications at VillageCareMAX plays a pivotal role in the seamless development of regulations-compliant member collateral across all product offerings. In this key position, you will leverage your expertise in the material development process to oversee the creation of accurate and engaging communications that detail the benefits available to VillageCareMAX members. Collaborating closely with Marketing and essential stakeholders, you will ensure all materials, including the Annual Notice of Coverage (ANOC), Explanation of Coverage (EOC), Summary of Benefits (SB), and provider communications, align with state and federal Medicaid and Medicare regulations. As the subject matter expert for Marketing, your keen understanding of communication strategies will enhance the accuracy of benefit descriptions. Additionally, you will support content creation for member newsletters and assist in establishing efficient processes for document creation, approval, and storage, ultimately driving excellence and customer-centricity in all communications.\nAre you the Manager, Member & Provider Communications we're looking for?\n

To excel as the Manager, Member & Provider Communications at VillageCareMAX, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, alongside a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in content creation with demonstrated successful outcomes. A clear understanding of regulatory guidelines is essential, as you will be responsible for writing within these frameworks while learning health plan specifics. Exceptional time management skills are necessary to adeptly juggle multiple deliverables throughout the development process. Strong verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills, are vital for collaborating effectively with diverse teams.\n

Candidates should showcase innovative thinking, demonstrated by a history of translating strategic concepts into actionable plans. The ideal candidate will exhibit stature and confidence to establish credibility across departments, while also possessing proven writing and editing expertise that transforms key messaging into impactful content.
