Job Summary
 Join the team that is revolutionizing the timing industry with the best silicon Microelectromechanical Systems (MEMS) timing products in the world. As a MEMS foundry manager, you will use your experience, technical and creative problem solving skills to lead the ramp-up of our new process platform from the manufacturing side. Your goal is to maintain stable supply, assess risk and drive continuous improvements for SiTime’s next-generation of MEMS products.
 
Responsibilities

Work with MEMS foundry partner to resolve manufacturing issues, continuously improve yield and ensure foremost supply stabilityPerform wafer yield and supply stability analysis based on performing PFMEAsStatistically correlate data from inline, PCM, MEMS probe and final product test to verify effectiveness of control plansDrive continuous improvement in MEMS process and yield with the MEMS foundry partnerWork with MEMS foundry to design and execute DOEs, analyze data, and present results for process change recommendationsHelp define NPI requirements that set goals for the process development team when bringing up new process platforms or platform derivativesInterface with local and overseas vendorsWork in cross-functional teams, including MEMS development team, probing team, systems, and packagingDrive and/or support projects and other company goals as needed
 
 

Requirements & Qualifications:

 

MS in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, Physics or equivalent. PhD preferred. Exceptional candidates with other technical backgrounds will be considered A minimum of 5 years experience in semiconductor manufacturingSkilled scientist with ability to design, conduct, and analyze experimentsStrong hands-on experience with MEMS fabricationExperience operating metrology equipment e.g. microscope, SEM, FIB, RF measurements/calibration  a plusExperience with Statistical analysis and DOE software, such as JMP or SpotfireExcellent critical thinking and strong organizational skillsClear and concise scientific communicationProficiency using MATLABExperience with Statistical Process Control (SPC), yield improvementProgramming and FEM simulation experience a plusAbility to work well with others in a collaborative fast-paced team environment
