The Manager, Module Process Development will guide a dynamic engineering team focused on advancing our Photonic Integrated Circuits (PIC) Module Products. You will play a crucial role in developing and transferring innovative assembly processes to manufacturing, ensuring our optical engines meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This position collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to align on product requirements and streamline design qualification efforts. You have:

MS in Engineering with 5+ years of experience in telecommunications, opto electronics, or microelectronics Proven experience managing diverse teams of strong separate contributors Hands-on experience with opto electronic or microelectronic assembly processes and equipment Strong engineering and project management skills, including budget and risk management

It would be nice if you also had:

Experience in design methodologies and platform development for optical engines Knowledge of Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Design of Experiments (DOE) Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to executive leadership Ability to build cost models and perform competitive analyses
