We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as the Manager with PMO and FA lab management of MTB QE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing overall QE projects, budget, audit logistics, and QE Division level report summary and integration. Key responsibilities include:

Leading a PMO team to manage overall QE projects, budget, audit logistics, and QE Division level report summary and integration.Coordinating quality meetings such as Quality Big Rock, QE internal cross meetings, QE ATM, and tracking actions from QE Division level.Integrating QE internal objectives, including quality metrics and follow-up, and arranging audit logistics.

Additionally, the candidate will manage MTB QE Lab's objectives and development goals. As the Physical Failure Analysis (PFA) manager for Micron Taiwan (MTB), the candidate will be responsible for providing full failure analysis support for qualifications, customer returns, new device introductions, and general test failures. Key responsibilities include:

Becoming the subject matter expert on physical failure analysis methods for any given electrical failure.Understanding all relevant analysis methods to identify visible defects related to assembly and test processes.Having a thorough understanding of the product package assembly and process flow.Working with Process Integration, Assembly Product, and Test Engineering groups to ensure failures are classified and root cause fixes are implemented.Communicating effectively with internal and external groups and managing laboratory matters.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in project management and quality engineering.Strong understanding of physical failure analysis methods and relevant analysis techniques.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.Strong leadership and team management skills.
