Who You Are:

The Manager, Digital Marketing is responsible for supporting Michael Kors’ North America performance marketing program. You possess channel expertise and execution in Affiliate Marketing, Paid Social, Programmatic Display and Performance Influencer through day-to-day tactical execution of best practices and optimization to drive business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute customer-centric initiatives that enhance acquisition, conversion and retention.  This role will support the Digital Marketing Director in maximizing ROAS and driving innovation. Teamwork, time management, strong communication skills, and attention to detail are critical aspects of this position’s responsibilities.

What You’ll Do:

Manage the day-to-day workflow of the Paid Social, Affiliate, Display and Performance Influencer programs, which includes key relationship building with agency partners and other broader teamsEnsure executions are strategic, effective, and properly measured, driving qualified traffic at an optimized ROAS; optimize and structure channels with the latest best practices and continuously test new strategies and tacticsAdopt a test & learn approach, leveraging insights and data to provide rationale and resultsStreamline reporting received from agencies and internal sources (such as Adobe Analytics) to compile a broader picture of performanceMake effective decisions based on analyzing data, utilizing insights to reach business goalsWork closely with Digital Commerce, Merchandising and CRM to develop and deploy product-first & audience-driven marketing strategies that are cohesive with the brand’s initiativesOversee the relationship with Creative to ensure best-in-class ad units and copy are being utilized to maximize performance through effective and insightful direction & feedback; understand each channel’s unique requirements and best practicesPartner with Brand teams (Brand Advertising & Brand Social) to plan, execute and analyze full-funnel campaignsOversee and mentor direct reports, developing thoughtful career guidance and growth opportunities  

You’ll Need to Have:

5+ years of digital marketing experience for a brand with a heavy focus on paid social & affiliate; strong performance (ROAS-focused) marketing experience requiredEffective time-management and project management skillsAbility to prioritize responsibilities in line with business objectives – must be able to quickly adapt to changing projects and prioritiesAnalytical skills, with the ability to build reports and summarize data in meaningful way to address the goals of the businessExcellent attention to detail and quality assurance capabilitiesDirect experience with analytics tools including Adobe Analytics/Omniture or Google AnalyticsExperience managing a team

Compensation Range: 

$90,000.00-$125,000.00
