The Personal Health Care business continues to fuel P&G growth with a strong brand portfolio including Vicks, Pepto Bismol, Metamucil, Align, Prilosec OTC, Nervive, and a pipeline of new products in the masterplan. External Manufacturing is an integral part of sustained growth while delivering P&G's Quality Promise and external regulatory requirements (across cosmetics, drugs, medical devices, vitamins/minerals/supplements and foods).

The North America PHC External Supply Solutions (ESS) Regional Microbiologist and Site QA Leader has 2 key responsibilities:

1.) Proactively lead, manage, and improve the Microbiology systems used in PHC ESS to minimize microbial risk at our ~25 current External Manufacturing sites. This will include: scheduling+execution of Micro Risk Assessments, working with External Manufacturing- and P&G QA to align action plans, and ensuring they are driven to completion; supporting Micro OOS investigations; providing guidance on Cleaning and Sanitization validation; engaging with Project Teams to ensure that microbial risks are identified and eliminated/mitigated appropriately; and keeping Micro key performance indicators visible to PHC ESS Leadership.

2.) Site QA leadership for at least 1 External Manufacturing site, helping ensure- and deliver Compliance, Quality Risk Management, product release decisions, and Quality key performance indicators.

This position requires travel both domestically- and internationally (Canada); travel is estimated not to exceed 25%.

Job Qualifications

Required:

Must have a minimum of a bachelor’s in Engineering or Physical Sciences (Chemistry, Microbiology, etc.).Interest in Quality SciencesExcellent written/oral communication, Critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsStrong analytical thinking, leadership, digital skills, and innovationKnowledge of regulatory affairs, GMP, material qualifications, validation, and product launches preferred What we offer:
