Manager, North America & Global SMC/Department Store - Aveda

**Description**
The main purpose of this position is to develop Marketing programs for Aveda SMC and department stores globally to drive recruitment of new guests. This role reports to the VP Channel Marketing.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Deliver effective marketing programs that deliver results including but not limited to SMC and department store collateral, visual merchandising, marketing toolkits, sampling strategy, etc.
+ Develop and execute strategies to promote Aveda within SMCs and Department stores
+ Support the creation and delivery of in-store and online promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and SMC/DS standards
+ Communicate and execute campaigns to drive traffic to SMCs and Department stores
+ Track and analyze the performance of campaigns and promotions and provide insights and recommendations for optimization
+ Ensure campaigns are developed to meet needs of all regions
+ Effectively communicate execution strategies including in-salon guest experiences
**Qualifications**
+ 5+ years professional marketing campaign development experience
+ Solid understanding of the SMC and DS markets globally
+ Professional centric mindset to improve business growth
+ Exhibit strong analytical skills and detail orientation with strong problem-solving capabilities
+ Highly organized and detail oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and take complete ownership of projects
+ Must have ability to think strategically and to conceptualize and implement new ideas
+ Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with others and drive a timeline
+ Strong organization and project management skills
+ Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
+ Excellent team player with the ability to build collaborative relationships internally and externally
