Promotes and restores patients' health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the patient care area; directing and developing staff; demonstrating fiscal responsibility; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staff; ensure an environment conducive to patient and family centered care.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (or received within 12 months)

Minimum Work Experience

2 Years of experience.

Required Licenses/Certifications

Current Texas RN license. BCLS ACLS NRP

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

Compile and Analyze Reports. Compose letters/memoranda. Coordinate meetings. Proven written and editing skills. Research information. Strong computer skills.
