We are seeking an OEM Alliances Manager to lead all aspects of NVIDIA’s European datacenter and workstation product engagement with Dell Technologies. In this role, you will lead a team of regional professionals, driving sales and business development engagements while collaborating cross-functionally with business leaders to optimize performance and impact. The ideal candidate will bring a structured, strategic approach to translating plans into measurable business outcomes. With strong problem-solving skills and outstanding communication abilities, you will drive collaborative engagements across sales, marketing, and technical teams.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead a multi-location team of alliance professionals to develop and execute sales and enablement strategies aligned with Dell Technologies.
Define, own, and drive growth strategies and pipeline development to achieve business goals and market share gains.
Educate and enable Dell Technologies’ datacenter sales, presales, and marketing teams.
Quantify partnership opportunities, craft strategies, define initiatives and outcomes, and orchestrate resources to achieve those outcomes.
Analyze and segment market opportunities, developing strategic business plans.
Develop metrics and key initiatives to monitor share and growth, including opportunity pipeline, training, marketing, and channel sales efficiency.
Coordinate Regional QBRs to review joint solution sell-through, track revenue growth, and forecast outcomes.
Articulate NVIDIA’s AI and accelerated computing technologies to sales, business leaders, and technical teams.
What We Need to See:
8+ overall years proven ability in a related field.
4+ years of managerial experience in the IT sector, preferably at an OEM or with equivalent experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven track record to work in cross-functional team environments.
Strong customer relationship leadership skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
Self-motivated and able to prioritize multiple projects and initiatives.
Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.

Deep understanding of NVIDIA’s enterprise solutions, including software and hardware.
Experience working with or for Dell Technologies or other large OEM partners.
Product management, account management, or sales experience is a strong plus.
