The Office of the Mayor reports into the CEO and works directly with the senior leaders of DaVita. This team works slide by side with our Corporate Strategy team to bring our strategy to life.
The Manager will lead a team of highly motivated individuals. They can drive a strong, inclusive culture that empowers and engages their teams. As a project leader, they will effectively supervise work streams with dependencies on many different business units and collaborate well throughout the organization.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Uses hypotheses-based approach to identify, validate and quantify opportunitiesBuilds and reviews sophisticated models and conducts financial planning and analyses to assess impact on business metricsDraws upon continuous improvement tools to structure and incubate improvement opportunitiesBuilds and manages project plans that drive accountability for complex, cross-functional initiativesAllocates team resources to ensure all timelines and deliverables are metCultivates high level of collaboration in team & partner relationshipsSuccessfully manages relationships with senior business leaders and influences diverse group of stakeholders through effective communication and strong interpersonal skillsDistills complex business problems into cohesive, impactful stories; builds appropriate horizontal and vertical logic in presentationsPresents comfortably and compellingly to senior audiencesTakes accountability for results and motivates, coaches and develops direct reportsUp to 25% travel may be required at times (depending on your home location)Minimum Qualifications
Experience leading large-scale business transformation teams from concept through implementation with tangible impact on operating/financial performancePrior direct management responsibility preferred4-8 years of total work experience in progressive rolesWhat We’ll Provide:

Salary/ Wage Range
$82,800.00 - $121,600.00 / yearCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
