Manager, Office Services-Offsite Facilities Lead-Aiken
This position provides planning, development, coordination, and management oversight / supervision over daily operational activities for a large Office Services functional area or for multiple, more complex functional areas. May be assigned this responsibility for a single, large office location or group of smaller offices. On a regional basis, may function as a Subject Matter Expert for a specific Office Services functional area.

• Responsible for leadership, daily supervision, planning, and scheduling of activities / operations within assigned Office Services functional area(s)
• Work with office management to develop, monitor, and control capital plans and operational budgets for assigned function(s)
• Support and make recommendations to the strategic direction of the operations
• Support the coordination, development and processing of Action Authorizations (AA’s) associated with assigned functions
• Communicate future facility management and office services needs to upper management
• Assist in the identification of outside vendors / contractors, contract scope development, contract negotiations, and analysis of cost estimates
• Other duties as assigned
