About The Role

We’re looking for a Manager of Operations in our Employee Benefits and Retirement Practice. This is a pivotal role, serving as the linchpin for operational efficiency and excellence within the practice. In this role, you’ll get to steer the operational processes, technology integration, and service delivery related to our employee benefits and retirement services.

Your strategic insights and leadership will not only help in aligning the operational strategies with our overall objectives but also in enhancing our commitment to delivering unparalleled service and innovative benefits products.

What You’ll Do

Operational Management: Oversee and optimize all operational procedures and processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Strategic Planning & Implementation: Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and profitability, aligning with overall company objectives.

Client Service Oversight: Ensure the delivery of exceptional client service, manage client relationships, and act as a point of escalation for client concerns.

Team Leadership: Lead and develop operational staff, establish performance expectations, and conduct regular evaluations.

Financial Oversight: Monitor financial performance, and report key metrics.

Technology Integration: Oversee the integration of technology solutions and address technology needs in collaboration with IT teams.

Risk Management: Assess and mitigate operational risks and ensure adherence to compliance standards.

What You’ll Need for Success

Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee benefits, insurance industry, or proven experience in a leadership or managerial role within operations.Ability to work effectively within a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Passion, humility, integrity, positive attitude, mission-driven, and self-directedStrong knowledge of industry regulations, product offerings, and operational best practices.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of relevant software and platforms
