Main Responsabilities: 

Ensure the lot size and product quality 

· Optimize production sequences 

· Service buildings, technical equipment, outside facilities 

· Comply to legal regulations 

· Process and implement production-oriented projects 

· Customer contact 

· Internal materials provision 

· Deliver products to the customer 

· Responsible for all direct and indirect work sequences in own area 

· Monitor work in other areas e.g. materials management, quality assurance, in accordance with the responsible superiors 

· Responsible for complying to the quality standards, supported by the OS department 

· Consult daily with other departmental heads in order to ensure smooth work sequences in all shifts 

· Recommend new procedures and processes to improve quality and quantity and reduce production costs 

· Consult regularly with the head of HR 

· Plan development measures for individual employees in order to improve their performance and reach their personal goals 

· Ensure Health and Safety regulations are adhered to 

· Coordinate and lead activities in servicing, maintenance, machinery, systems/equipment, buildings and outside facilities 

· Set priorities for servicing and maintenance to ensure employees and machines operate effectively 

· Analyze and evaluate technical equipment, recommend or refuse purchases

Main Requirements:

People Leader and problem solver  

· Automotive background 

· English and Slovak languages required  

· 10-20 years of experience in production/engineering
