The Manager, Operations Change & Transition Management supports the change management and transition activities in implementing and managing change across strategic initiatives. This role drives transformation efforts, manages stakeholder relationships, and enhances operational planning processes to achieve business objectives.

This is an on-site position (Monday through Thursday) based out of our Northbrook, IL offices with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.


A day in the life as a Manager, Change & Transition Management…

Change Management & Transition Management:Lead the design and implementation of change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions for strategic initiativesCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of change management activitiesMonitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary to mitigate risks and enhance outcomesStakeholder Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to gather insights and support for strategic initiativesAct as a liaison between stakeholders and project teams, ensuring clear communication and timely updates on project statusesAddress and resolve concerns or conflicts that arise during the execution of projects, ensuring stakeholder needs are met while aligning with overall strategic objectivesStrategic Business Operations:Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies that enhance organizational efficiency and effectivenessAnalyze current operational processes and recommend improvements based on best practices and industry standardsParticipate in strategic planning sessions to contribute insights and operational perspectivesOperational Planning:Support the development of comprehensive operational plans that align with long-term strategic goalsCoordinate resource allocation and scheduling to ensure optimal deployment for project successEvaluate operational performance metrics and provide reports to senior management with actionable insights for decision-making

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Management, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years’ experience in business operations, change management, or a related strategic roleProven experience in managing large-scale organizational change initiativesStrong analytical skills and experience with operational performance metrics

Minimum Starting Rate: $83,000.00 Annually

Up to: $115,000.00 Annually

Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
