The team you will be part of

The Operations/Production team plans, directs, and monitors all production activities within an assigned area or unit to maximize the use of the organization’s resources and meet established production specifications, schedules, and quality standards. It works with managers from functional or operational areas to understand their current and future product needs and develops plans, cost estimates, and schedules to integrate these needs into existing manufacturing activities.

This role in summary

The manager will be part of a team responsible for Rio Claro manufacturing operations. The purpose is to guide the operation team to achieve results that will increase Rio Claro competitiveness, prioritizing safety and guaranteeing that everyone is engaged on the same objectives.
 

Your responsibilities will include Implement a data driven culture;Eliminate safety risks;Develop employees;Study and apply WCM methodology;Increase his/ her area's productivity;Reduce costs implementing projects in his/ her areas.
 Minimum requirements Proven background in manufacturing operations, with leadership experience and knowledge of WCM or similar methodologies;Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields;Strong in data-driven decision-making, safety risk management, and implementing cost-reduction and productivity-enhancing projects;Ability to lead and develop teams, drive change, and foster a collaborative environment while focusing on sustainable results.Desired skills and experiences Advanced english;Experience in manufacture.

This position is located in Rio Claro, two hours from São Paulo, in an important industrial hub of the state. This facility focuses on the production of washers, stoves, ovens, and cooktops, as well as the Washer, Cooking, and Dishwashers Technology Center and the Finished Products Distribution Center.
