Job Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end eCommerce operations, including order management, supply chain, inventory planning, and customer serviceDrive operational project initiatives to enhance eCommerce processes, addressing both standard and unique solution requirementsOversee complete order processing in SAP, covering tasks like order entry, administration, and shippingMonitor and ensure all orders are processed in line with fulfillment SOPsManage inventory allocation and implement replenishment processes to maintain optimal stock levels of high-demand itemsAddress order-related queries through ticketing systemsPerform SAP inventory reconciliation with warehouse dataOversee returned merchandise in warehouses and coordinate with service providers for optimal resource usageCollaborate with relevant departments to manage excess and obsolete inventory, minimizing business riskMaintain and manage data for regular performance metric reporting to management

Pre-Requisites :Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain/Logistics Management, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the consumer electronics industrySkilled at working in fast-paced environmentsProficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPointSAP ECC knowledge is a plusStrong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skillsIndependent problem-solver and collaborative team player with a strong sense of responsibilityExcellent organizational and planning abilitiesProven people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate direct reports and effectively collaborate within a matrix organization
