Manager, Order Management & Billing

In our high-growth, execution-focused software company, we’re looking for an experienced individual to join our team as a Manager of Billing and Order Management. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate customer onboarding, order processing, and invoicing.

The ideal candidate can navigate both high-volume and high-profile customers and manage their procurement requirements and supplier portals. This role will collaborate closely with leaders across product, sales, and finance to support and implement a collaborative environment and drive process improvements.

Hybrid work environment requires 3 days in the physical office (SM Aura Office Tower, 11th Floor, McKinley Parkway, Bonifacio Global City,Taguig City).

Responsibilities:

Provide direction, training and leadership for the Manilla Order Management team to support the onboarding of customers and accurate invoicing.

Establish best practices by setting policies and improving processes to ensure accurate invoicing based on executed sales orders.

Ensure accurate records in the accounting system (NetSuite) based on sales orders from the CRM system (SalesForce.com).

Manage customer invoicing requirements including purchase orders and supplier portals.

Communicate effectively with key stakeholders and especially with Sales to ensure orders are executed in line with customer expectations.

Produce reports and metrics as needed to ensure high quality results and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in Order Management with preference to the Enterprise SaaS/B2B Industry.

Highly organized, customer-focused, innovative and strong attention to details.

Excellent communicator, leader, self-aware, transparent, and open to feedback.

Ability to multitask and prioritize at times of high volume and multiple deadlines.

Demonstrates initiative and critical problem-solving skills.

Diligent and meticulous in ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.

Strong quantitative skills and highly proficient in NetSuite, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office or similar applications.
