Position: Manager – Order to Cash

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The position will be part of Finance Shared Services team at Pune.

In this role, you will… 

Ensure sales orders are processed accurately and invoices are issued timely to customer.The position requires working closely with Senior Manager (Order to Cash) who is based out of Canada. Ensuring all month/quarter close activities are performed timely.Validation of data to be used for billing out from Oracle and Salesforce.Investigate and resolve billing queries. Resolve cases assigned in Salesforce/ServiceNow.Prepare monthly reports.Manage performance of all Order to Cash team members in India shared services.Ensure process documentation including standard operating procedures & policies are updated and available to the business.Managing working relationships with key business stakeholders. Coordinating between Sales, Collections and billing team members.Working on further streamlining the process by providing process improvements to improve efficiency and correctness.Review of activities completed by team members and utilizing of team’s spare bandwidth and creating Backup plan within team.

You’ve Got What It Takes If You Have…

B Com with CA/CMA/MBA/Inter CA/Inter CMA.Should have at least 10 years of experience in accounts of which at least 4 years in OTC process (Billing and Revenue).Experience of handling various Audits (SOX, Internal & Statutory).Very good oral and written communication in English is must.Advanced Excel abilities including v-lookups and pivot tables. Must be able to work in Excel.Knowledge of Salesforce &fc Oracle ERP is considered an asset.Ready to work in EMEA Shifts.
