Job Summary
Leads change management projects, including changes to business processes, technologies, and organizational structures. Identifies project risks, defines and communicates project impacts, designs and coordinates training, and measures change receptiveness and adoption.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
Manages a team of professionals that support change management activities, including ensuring projects and change initiatives meet time, budget, and business success objectives.Conducts change impact assessments to identify project scope changes, end user impacts, and desired outcomes.Manages and develops detailed plans for communications, training, user preparations, application readiness, and ongoing project support.Builds measurement systems to track the adoption, usage, and proficiency of change management initiatives.Coordinates training deployment for new and existing business stakeholders.Supports end users through change network meetings and post-implementation communications.Trains, coaches, and consults leaders and project teams on change management principles.Serves as a change management resource to executives, senior leaders, and managers on special projects and initiatives.Nature and Scope
Solutions require analysis and investigation.Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles, and practical experience.Manages a group or team of professional individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff.Work Environment
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.Education and Experience
