Responsibilities Include:

Design, develop, implement, and manage change deliverables that will enable users to successfully transition from current state to future stateDevelop a stakeholder assessment and organizational readiness planOutline the leadership engagement programDevelop the communications plan and training strategyConduct preliminary change impact assessment based on defined rollout and technical solutionDevelop overall change management strategy and rollout planIdentify brand awareness program requirementsDevelop risk mitigation planning strategiesOCM tactical project plan and execution details

Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience related to successful delivery of change management work in the disciplines of job/role/organization design, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, sponsorship alignment, communication execution, and training management2 full lifecycle implementations related to ERP ImplementationsDemonstrated ERP platform experience in SAP S4 HANA, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday, or equivalentStrong proficiency in using Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)Strong technical document writing and communication skillsStrong leadership presence and ability to facilitate discussions with C-suite executivesDetailed oriented, analytical, and good organization skillsCapable of leading meetings with internal and external client’s resources (remote, local)Microsoft Project PlanningEasily assimilates into Huron’s corporate cultureAbility to travel 50%

The estimated base salary for this job is $145,000 - $170,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $166,750- $212,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
