Purpose Statement
The Manager of Organizational Effectiveness and Learning and Development, will be instrumental in designing and implementing impactful Organization Effectiveness tools/processes and Leadership programs to cultivate the growth and effectiveness of our organizational leaders, teams, and associates. This professional will deliver effective and measurable OE, learning and performance improvement strategies, tools, and solutions that focus on Rich’s Leadership Commitments, competencies, skills, and culture shifts. These OE tools, processes, programs and projects should integrate with RTC’s talent initiatives, drive the business forward, upskill/reskill associates, and enable leaders to become Great Rich’s Leaders.
Key Accountabilities and OutcomesOE Toolkit Design and Capability Development- Partner on the build out of new and/or existing standards, tools in Team Effectiveness and Strategic Workforce Planning with the Director of Organization Effectiveness. Partner on capability building and coaching to upskill business leaders and colleagues in applying OE standards and tools to achieve positive change and business results.
Program Design- Develop associate and leadership development programs aligned with Rich’s Great Leader Drivers, core competencies and culture shifts. This includes partnering with the Putting People First (PPF) team to ensure learning initiatives reflect DEI perspectives.
Metrics and Dashboard -Partner across Rich’s Talent Center and Organization Effectiveness to identify key metrics, develop mechanisms to measure, and evaluate effectiveness of programs. Conduct assessments to identify associate and leaderships strengths and needs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Bachelor’s degree required with a Masters strongly preferred ( Organization Effectiveness, Talent, Change Management, Human Resources, I/O Psychology, or a related field preferred) 5+ years of experience in organization effectiveness, change management, talent, learning and development and/or strategic human resources business partner role. Certification in change methodology, high-performance team processes, and assessment tools. Demonstrated practical experience as an internal or external consultant in at least three of the following disciplines: leadership development, change management, organization design, team effectiveness, workforce planning, and mergers & acquisitions. Experience in developing and deploying solutions on a global scale. Superior communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills and effective working cross collaboratively Strong analytics capability; the ability to transform data into insights. A solutions-focused mindset and ability to work in an environment which demands the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions. Experience consulting with senior leaders on development initiatives coupled with the ability to influence at all levels. Experience with technology-enabled solutions. Ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities in an agile environment. COMPENSATION
In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

$104,160.00 - $156,240.00
