What You’ll Do:
As the Manager, Outpatient Services, you’ll play a pivotal role by:

Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership to drive innovation, optimize workflows, and exceed quality and financial benchmarks.

Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards while fostering a culture of excellence and transparency.

Team Development: Inspire, coach, and empower your team, promoting engagement, growth, and collaboration across departments.

Continuous Improvement: Leverage data to identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and lead initiatives that enhance productivity and patient satisfaction.

Who You Are:
You bring a combination of leadership experience, business acumen, and healthcare knowledge, including:

A Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business (or equivalent experience).

At least three years of leadership experience (healthcare leadership preferred).

A proven track record in healthcare operations and an understanding of care delivery systems, compliance regulations, and financial management.

Exceptional communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.


Your Expertise Includes:

Knowledge of healthcare reform, HIPAA guidelines, and government regulations.

The ability to prepare and interpret comprehensive reports and data.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new technologies.

Please know schedules and shifts are subject to change based on patient care and department/organizational needs.

Schedule:

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week.  Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
