Dow Jones is a division of News Corp (Nasdaq: NWS, NWSA; ASX: NWS, NWSLV). **About the Role:** The Barron's and MarketWatch paid media team is looking for a Paid Media Search, Social, and Display Manager to help grow the number of new subscribers for these products as well as for bundle products. Barron's covers U.S. financial information, market developments, and relevant statistics, while MarketWatch provides financial information, business news, analysis, and stock market data. In this role, you will support the paid media team from strategic planning, execution, optimization, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns globally. Additionally, you will implement paid campaigns to drive subscriber growth across multiple social platforms including Google, DV360, Bing, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, and others. Reporting to the Associate Director, Paid Media, Barron's & MarketWatch, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for acquisition growth and to measure success. You will work on-site in our midtown Manhattan office 3 days each week. **You Will:** + Create an effective strategic framework across paid media channels including Google (Google Ads and DV360), Bing, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat etc. + Optimize US, International, and App strategies for each channel to improve performance and ensure the KPI goals are met. + Be hands on in-platform - QA'ing campaign builds, optimizing keyword strategy, and monitoring performance. + Manage and optimize large media budgets across social platforms and markets to maximize acquisition volume, increase audience reach and retain current members. + Find ways to use media, creative and content to deepen our relationship with our audiences, to drive subscriptions, grow our digital channel footprint, and leverage all organic marketing efforts to reach users in meaningful and engaging ways. + Actively report, track, and optimize performance of paid media campaigns, making recommendations and providing updates accordingly. + Partner with Data and Insights, Analytics, and Technology to gather data and establish new reports/dashboards. + Work closely with platforms (Google, Bing, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.) and vendors (e.g., agencies) to identify opportunities; Understand their best practices and recommendations for improving paid search, social, and display at Dow Jones. **You Have:** + The willingness to work in our midtown Manhattan office 3 days each week + 5+ years of experience managing paid search, social, and display campaigns from start to finish + Experience identifying meaningful, actionable insights from campaigns campaign performance data. + Hands-on experience developing and reporting on metrics and KPIs for business goals, process improvement projects, and campaign management. + Strong initiative and self-motivation with experience taking ownership of projects as well as coming up with and pitching new ideas + Experience seeking out opportunities for collaboration with the wider team and communicating effectively across departments + Paid media experience for a subscription-based business (preferred, but not required) + Programmatic experience (preferred, but not required) **_\#LI-HYBRID_** **Our Benefits** + Comprehensive Healthcare Plans + Paid Time Off + Retirement Plans + Comprehensive Insurance Plans + Lifestyle programs & Wellness Resources + Education Benefits + Family Care Benefits & Caregiving Support + Commuter Transit Program + Subscription Discounts + Employee Referral Program Learn more about all our US benefits.
