This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, and optimizing overall ROI on total digital media spend. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and implementing a paid media strategy including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Paid Social, Connected TV and Retargeting. $125,000.00 - $160,000.00 / Annual Shift: (Hybrid) M-F Flexible hours - 3 days in office & 2 days working from home **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** + Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with business objectives across 4 distinct brands (Lofta, ApriaDirect, ApriaHome, and ByramBaby) + Oversee campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities + Identify and implement improvement strategies in Google Ads and Bing Ads accounts including direct implementation of new key word structures, ad copy structure, campaign optimization and budget management + Oversee brand awareness campaigns in Meta, Criteo, and Connected TV to drive increased branded traffic + Create effective weekly reporting to support data-driven decisions making and foster discussions with leadership + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success + Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging channels **Qualifications:** + 7 – 10+ years of experience with agency or in-house team, with direct “hands on keys” role in Google Ads + Experience managing spend levels > $5M / year in Google Ads + Google Ads certifications + Experience with DTC e-commerce brand If you feel this opportunity could be the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply.
