As the Manager, Paid Media Lead- Marketing & eCommerce on the Marketing & eCommerce (MEC) team, you will support the property-level paid media programs vital to driving digital bookings. On the Marketing and eCommerce (MEC) team reporting to the Senior Manager, MEC, you will work with our MEC team and America’s Marketing leadership.
\nYou will deliver strategic guidance and recommendations for our evolving paid media programs. Additionally, you will support and advocate for participation in Hilton’s property-level paid media programs.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
\nYour role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
\nWhat your day-to-day will be like:
\n\nDeliver the strategy and approach on paid media programs and reporting for hotels and key stakeholders.\nDevelop digital optimization plans to maximize conversion, share, and revenue.\nResolve in-depth and multi-faceted responses to inquiries from hotels and stakeholders in order to drive performance across multiple channels.\nLead proactive marketing and eCommerce activity to meet revenue and share targets, while providing the appropriate level of support to internal and external stakeholders.\nBuild positive cross-functional relationships and establish direct lines of communication between internal teams to foster and drive holistic strategies for our hotels.\nUse your paid media knowledge and the objectives of Hilton to prioritize business requests that come from hotels and above property partners.\nStrong written and oral skills to educate on our property-level paid media programs for hotels and new brands.\n\nHow you will collaborate with others:
\n\nCollect feedback from hotels and above-property partners on Hilton’s hotel-funded paid media programs.\nParticipate in meetings with Hilton’s paid media agency and internal teams, providing input to influence media strategies, channels, and reporting dashboards.\nWork with our internal Communications team to craft external emails about marketing and e-commerce initiatives and incentives.\n\nWhat projects and initiatives you will take ownership of:
\n\nCreate internal and external resources and guides for our paid media programs. \nGenerate ongoing reports and share insights with important partners.\nConduct proactive analyses to identify opportunities to meet revenue and share targets and distribute learnings amongst our teams.\nProvide reactive marketing and eCommerce support to portfolios of hotels and team members.\n\nWHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
\nYou have these minimum qualifications:
\n\nFive (5) years of applicable working experience in hospitality, digital marketing, or e-Commerce\nThree (3) years of experience analyzing data and presenting findings\nProven experience building effective PowerPoint presentations and delivering to stakeholder audiences Travel up to 5%\n\nIt would be useful if you have:
\n\nBA/BS Degree\nThree (3) years of experience maintaining internal or external customer relationships and satisfaction\nMarketing or eCommerce experience in the hospitality or travel industry\nExperience with reporting suites such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Microstrategy or Tableau\nLocated near Dallas, TX or McLean VA, or open to relocation to those areas\n\nWHAT IT IS LIKE WORKING FOR HILTON
