Manager, Paid Search

Sincere is looking for an expert Manager, Paid Search to drive growth with performance marketing. In this role you will experiment, innovate, and execute across Paid Search channels, with an emphasis on Google Ads. You’ll partner with internal and external teams to bring the latest and greatest strategies and tools to our Paid Search program. The ideal candidate is obsessed with analyzing large amounts of data, proactive about advocating for changes, and driven to unlock big wins. You are eager to dig into our data to see where the big opportunities lie and know how to transform that data into results.  

In this role, you will:

Deliver annual increases in lifetime cash flow with high-performing campaigns Develop, execute, and optimize Paid Search campaigns across our family of brands (Punchbowl®, Timehop®, and Memento®) Own the Google technology partner relationship to assist in campaign growth Build and maintain effective agency & consultant partnerships Own daily and weekly account monitoring and reporting Perform robust data analysis to identify big opportunities and areas of optimization Inform key decisions around budget, strategy, and direction of the overall Paid Search program 

You have: 

8-10 years experience in digital marketing  3-5 years experience running high-volume consumer Paid Search campaigns Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mathematics or related field Expertise in keyword bidding strategies, budget cap management, and optimization tactics An analytical brain with excellent attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills  Experience working in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment Impeccable organization and prioritization skills Less than a 45 minute commute to Framingham, MA and are excited to join us in the office 1 day per week
