Overview & Responsibilities:
The Streaming Lifecycle Marketing team is looking for a Partner Engagement & Retention Manager to manage all creative, production and delivery of go-to-market marketing campaign for all partner engagement and retention efforts. You will work with teams across the business to deliver streamlined and scalable processes for highly effective marketing campaign delivery. Working with regional partner marketing teams and data you’ll help build, implement, and deliver great experiences for our customers on all partner platforms.

Responsibilities include but not limied to:
Planning and implementation of engagement and retention marketing campaigns on all partner platforms. Work with cross-functional teams as well as external partner teams.
Lead all aspects of planning and execution of monthly retention and engagement partner campaign asset production as well as store marketing initiatives, including copywriting.
Develop and manage project roadmaps, production, and delivery processes for all partner marketing initiatives, including the creation of streamlined workflows for maximum output of creative assets for all international markets.
Develop and measure outputs against internal Key Performance Indicators and deliver continuous improvement.
Manage all Paramount+ engagement and retention campaigns as well as user acquisition campaigns on Apple and Google stores, and CTV’s.
Contribute to scale, cultivate, and optimize partnerships beyond launch, identifying incremental, mutually beneficial opportunities to grow the partnership with a focus on building a marketing roadmap that drives growth and engagement of Paramount+.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in related marketing production, creative production, or project management roles.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Production or related experience.
Excellent planning and project management skills with the ability and flexibility to adapt to changes in schedules and delivery.
Additional Qualifications:
Proven experience in the streaming, media, and TV industry/space strongly preferred, experience in digital video marketing a plus.
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with an ability to influence others. Proficiency with foreign languages a plus!
Entrepreneurial approach and resilient spirit with experience navigating and coordinating with international and cross-functional organizations.
