Key Responsibilities:

Partnership & strategic alliances: Create and implement a comprehensive strategy to identify, engage, and establish partnerships with leading e-commerce platforms, content platforms, banks, and offline partners. Ensure these partnerships align with Klook's brand presence and strategic business objectives.

Affiliate Network Management: Lead the onboarding of new partners, oversee performance management, and develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to maximize revenue. Monitor, negotiate, and analyze affiliate performance, providing actionable insights and regular reports to optimize the program.

Market Analysis: Conduct a thorough analysis of competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments. Utilize these insights to develop partnership strategies and identify potential growth areas.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Enhance data-led thinking and develop customer intelligence frameworks (e.g., right segment audience, most valuable customers, booking patterns) to drive strategic decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, central marketing, legal, and operations teams to align partnership initiatives with overall business goals and ensure cohesive execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or affiliate management, preferably within the travel or e-commerce industry. Demonstrated strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive strategic decisions and optimize performance.
