The Strategic Partnerships team is focused on developing meaningful relationships with partners and delivering material growth through our joint efforts. As a Manager, Partnership Growth, you will be responsible for identifying new partnership opportunities and managing existing partnerships to drive lead generation and revenue growth. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that align with overall business goals. Your expertise in relationship building and obsession with growth will be critical in identifying and cultivating new partnership opportunities. This position, reporting directly to the Director of Strategic Partnerships, plays a key role in fostering long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with partners. It focuses on seamless onboarding and implementing innovative solutions to maximize the success and impact of each partnership. **Responsibilities:** + Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships, overseeing the entire lifecycle from contract negotiation to program launch and ongoing expansion. Leverage extensive experience to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships. + Utilize strategic insights to identify high-impact growth and upsell opportunities within existing partnerships. Develop and execute plans to capitalize on these opportunities, driving measurable revenue outcomes and increasing overall lead volume and sales conversion. + Collaborate directly with key stakeholders to align business objectives and foster mutually beneficial partnerships. Use your expertise to navigate complex stakeholder environments and ensure alignment with strategic goals. + Lead virtual and in-person meetings, conferences, and quarterly business reviews. Coordinate across internal leadership to reinforce partnership success and drive continuous improvement. + Monitor program activities and drive continuous improvement across strategic initiatives. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance partnership performance. + Partner internally with teams in operations, legal, finance, product development, and marketing to maximize opportunities within the partnership ecosystem. Align on strategic goals and ensure cohesive execution across departments. **Qualifications** + Minimum of 5 years of proven experience cultivating and managing high-level strategic partnerships across industries such as real estate, technology, and financial services. + Demonstrated history of driving revenue growth within a partner ecosystem, successfully identifying upsell and expansion opportunities. + Ability to lead complex multi-departmental initiatives, balancing the needs of diverse teams to achieve shared goals. + Strong project management, executive presence, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to move complex deals forward across multiple stakeholders. + A strategic mindset to identify trends and opportunities, coupled with the willingness to execute tactical tasks and operationalize partnerships. + Comfort in navigating shifting market conditions and evolving business landscapes while maintaining focus on long-term objectives. + Proficiency with MS Office products with deep understanding of PowerPoint.
