We are
Looking for an experienced self-starter with ambitions to grow an affiliate and partnerships program to join our growing UK marketing team. This role will partner with our UK marketing lead and various channel stakeholders to further accelerate the strong progress we’ve made across the western markets. Our ideal candidate is someone who can be both strategic and operational in nature – developing multi-month plans for key channels as well as executing on day-to-day operations to drive growth.
What you’ll do
Own Klook’s UK affiliate partner portfolio ranging from small-medium businesses to enterprise level accounts; developing and conducting diligences on new affiliate prospects, managing compliance and contract terms with existing partners, and acquiring new users via the affiliate channel.
Develop partnerships with UK based organisations and businesses to increase Klook’s market share/reach.
Collaborate with cross-market and global partnership teams on joint projects.
Communicate with all stakeholders on key business metrics, progress, and issues to ensure alignment and high visibility, allowing timely involvement from the stakeholders when required.
Inspire teams and develop a strong culture of rapid experimentation, measurement, and optimisation.
Ensure compliance of all communications and materials such as media content, guidelines, templates, press releases, etc.
Key focuses of this role include
Leading partnership operations in the UK
Acting as the UK liaison with major travel partners and businesses
Ensuring affiliate performance data and analytics are properly collected to measure ongoing ROI impact.
Maintaining workflow processes by coordinating with other corporate operations teams (e.g., legal, tech, marketing ops, etc.)
What you’ll need to succeed
5+ years’ experience in affiliate or partner management in an e-commerce, online, and/or consumer marketing field
Demonstrated ability to build, execute, and scale marketing programs
Experience negotiating new contract terms and onboarding partners.
Self-starter mindset, able to work independently but also incorporate and manage feedback from stakeholders in a highly collaborative environment
Must be comfortable with data analysis and capable of analyzing data to discover key consumer insights.
Knowledge of the UK traveler consumer (both local and international travel), their nuances, and key behaviors
Globally-minded and experienced working with stakeholders from different cultural backgrounds.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
