about this team

Led by the Senior Manager, Partnerships, our Partnerships team is responsible for driving brand awareness, brand familiarity and new guest acquisition outcomes by co-creating and executing shared marketing calendars with key third parties including Franchise, Marketplace, Wholesale and Brand Partnerships. This team acts as the day-to-day contact for all partners, while serving as a conduit to all internal marketing teams. 

a day in the life: what you’ll do

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Partnerships our Partnerships Manager is responsible for the successful planning and execution of annual marketing calendars with our priority Marketplace and Wholsale partners in alignment with our core marketing objectives. You will be the day-to-day contact for key third parties, ensuring our joint marketing plans are delivered on time, within budget and adhere to our stringent brand guidelines. Additionally, you’ll act as the regional contact for the Global Centre for Social Impact and Global Brand Partnerships to provide regional updates. 

You will independently develop and execute annual marketing plans for Marketplace and Wholesale Key Accounts with the goal of raising brand awareness and acquiring new customers.  You will lead quarterly brand planning sessions with each partner, ensuring marketing objectives and calendars are aligned with our owned business priorities. You will be optimise partner strategies and resource allocation based on complex, real-time changes to global and EMEA brand calendars, campaign learnings and key result tracking.  You will act as the primary conduit between partners and all internal cross-functional teams, collaborating with in-house channel specialists where required. You will manage the day-to-day running of brand marketing services for our Marketplace partner, Zalando. You will own processes to ensure all brand campaigns meet key objectives and are delivered on time, approved by requisite parties and within guidelines. You will oversee all co-created partner campaigns from end-to-end, including campaign ideation, production, buy alignment and media planning.  You will oversee all Marketplace and Wholesale marketing reporting, distilling findings into weekly and end-of-campaign reporting to enhance future campaigns and optimise planned resources.You will foster collaborative relationships with key internal partners, including Brand Media, Digital Marketplaces, Digital Marketing, Digital Buyers and more. You will manage the Wholesale budgets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, including invoice management.  You will be the regional point of contact for our Global Centre for Social Impact, supporting with Here to Be granting annually, enrolling internal stakeholders on EMEA grant processes and progression.  You will be the regional point of contact for our Global Brand Partnerships team, meeting global stakeholders on a monthly basis to download regional updates for local teams.  


Qualifications, skills & experience 

Direct experience overseeing marketing strategic planning; from calendar alignment, to budget and resource allocation.Direct experience overseeing campaign development from end-to-end, including KPI-setting, ideation, production, approvals and reporting.Experience within marketplaces or eCommerce platforms preferred.Confident, proactive and clear communicator.
