**Title and Summary**
Manager, People Analytics
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Analytics Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in people analytics, change management and/or product ownership. This role will be responsible for managing marquee data foundations releases (i.e., trusted self-serve reports) and our governance framework for accessing people data.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead releases and change management efforts for high visibility initiatives focused on trust and access to people data.
Implement a comprehensive data governance framework for people analytics, including policies, procedures, and standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize requirements ensuring that people data reports are aligned with business objectives and user needs.
Monitor and analyze data usage and performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Communicate product and release vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones in coordination with cross team releases.
Catalyze a data-driven culture within HR as an organizational change agent.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Information Systems, Analytics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Strong understanding of data analytics and people analytics principles.
Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership and organizational skills.
Outstanding problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with ambiguity and independence.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
Product management, change management and/or PMO experience.
Experience with HR systems and data, such as SQL, Workday, SAP, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements, such as GDPR and CCPA.
