As the Manager, People & Culture - Franchise, you’ll be at the heart of our franchise operations, providing strategic HR leadership and partnering closely with our Franchise Operations teams. Your mission? To implement People & Culture initiatives that align with KFC’s strategic goals and ensure our franchisees are equipped to deliver finger-lickin’ good service every day.
What You'll Serve Up
Act as the HR Business Partner for Franchise Operations, providing strategic guidance on all people-related matters. Collaborate with Franchise leadership to craft and execute People & Culture strategies that drive operational excellence. Lead the rollout of HR systems and processes, enhancing operations and the employee experience. Drive initiatives in hiring, onboarding, talent management, and performance management. Champion KFC’s People Promise, embedding it across all levels of franchise operations. Promote equity, inclusion, and belonging through data-driven initiatives. Facilitate leadership programs like LEAD, Keystone, and Heartstyles, fostering growth. Mentor Franchise Operations Leaders, driving their development and team growth. Lead projects to transform the team member experience, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Oversee people aspects of franchise upgrades, including onboarding new franchisees. Establish and monitor key people metrics, driving accountability and continuous improvement. Address challenges in franchise operations, leading initiatives to boost productivity. Collaborate with Yum centers of excellence to implement innovative solutions.What's in it for You?

Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree required; PHR certification is a plus. Experience: 7-10 years of HR Generalist experience with a focus on HR operations, talent management, and development in a multi-site, fast-paced environment (preferably in retail, hospitality, or restaurant industries). Proven track record in leading HR transformations and driving meaningful organizational change. Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Skills: Strong influencing and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and drive results without formal authority. High energy and action orientation, with a strong focus on achieving business outcomes.
