International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF), is a global leader in the design and development of taste and scent experiences enjoyed in thousands of products sold around the world. Our European Regional HR Service Center in Budapest is currently hiring a Regional Manager who will oversee full life cycle HR support to over 10,000 employees across 40 countries in the region.This is a great opportunity to lead a growing and evolving function with the HR organization at IFF. In this role, you will manage a team of multi-lingual HR analysts responsible for providing first point of contact support for employees as well as management of lifecycle events, from hiring through to separation. Reporting up to the Global HR Shared Services, VP, you will be responsible for KPI’s as well as coaching and development for your team.Oversee the daily activity in our Budapest and Asturias, Spain centersEnsure all relevant procedural/ legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality and cost-effective service to customersPartner with regional HR stakeholders, staying connected to upcoming events, sharing SSC data and responding to operational concernsIdentify process gaps and improve work efficienciesConfirm teams are administering quality checks and audits to verify data accuracyProvide direct and timely feedback to team membersServe as a primary point of contact for escalations from HR Partners, COEs and other key customersInterview, hire and support the training of new associatesAssess performance and provide the necessary feedbackCoach associates relative to career and team developmentReport service center performance metrics to Human Resources and Business Leadership using relevant metricsLead by example and help the team maintain its fantastic culture of collaboration, positivity and customer orientation
What You Bring to IFF
Excellent English language skills, both verbal and writtenBachelor’s Degree in HR or related discipline requiredAt least 4 years prior experience leading an HR Shared Service center including designing, planning and implementing best in class solutionsIn addition to Contact center experience, prior experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP capacityTrack record of driving process improvements within key countries and regionsExcellent interpersonal communication skillsProven leadership competencies and ability to positively impact team moraleKnowledge of Human Resources operations and policiesAbility to make sound decisions in accordance with corporate policiesPrior experience with ServiceNow and Workday is preferredWe are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
